Everyone moseyed to the little bridge. Yay, no ice tonight!! 2.0’s stayed at the front of the line leading
the way for the PAX. Back at the stage
we stretched our backs, twisted our bodies, and made sure our legs were ready
for the beat down.
Circuit- 3 Rounds with a 20 seconds of catching our breath
Leg lifts to the side front and back (1 minute)
Upright Rows (1 minute)
Shoulder Press (1 minute)
Standing Crunches (1 minute)
Side slap twists alternating sides (1 minute)
Standing Oblique Bends (1 minute)
Back rows in High Plank position (1 minute)
Narrow Back Rows (1 minute)
Supermans (1 minute)
Hip Raises (1 minute)
Bicycles (1 minute)
We had to get those squats in!! So squats to “This Girl is on Fire” by Alicia
Keys. We didn’t stop there, we did our
Tuesday Plank challenge. Even the 2.0’s
joined.
COT: Advice from
Hurricane….When you are doing your exercises, you have to suck it in, hold it
tight, squeeze, and remember to breath!!!
