Mosey to the 2nd light pole and back
Cupid Shuffle (Pirouette Q'd)
The Thang:
Sally (Flower) with glute bridges and heal touches
Dora 1-2-3: 1 partner jogs to the first light pole and the other partner works on the following -
100 push ups
200 crunches
300 jumping jacks
Circuit - 3 rounds of the following, with 45 seconds of rest in between each round
Calf raises (1 minute)
Goblet Squats (1 minute)
Flutter Kicks (1 minute)
Arm-a-geddon (Schoolin' Life)
Cool Down - Static Stretching
