Warm up - Mosey to the bridge or light pole (split group) and static stretching
Tabata - 3 groups of 2 rounds of 2 strength exercises coupled with 2 cardio exercises (strength were 20 seconds on for both and then 15 seconds of rest and the cardio exercises were 30 seconds on for both and then 10 seconds of rest)
Squats & Curtsy Lunges, Russian Twists & In and Outs, Butt Kicks & High Knees
Bridge Chest Press & Glute Bridges, Bicycle Crunches & Flutter Kicks, Jump Squats & Jumping Jacks
Deadlift w/Row & Side Lunges, Weighted Sit Ups & Side Plank, Burpees & Mountain Climbers
Arm-a-geddon (Schoolin' Life)
Glute-on for Punishment (Flower)
Cool Down - Mosey to the light pole and bridge, stretching
COT - Prayer for our country, prayer for our armed forces (Cookie Monster led and did an incredible job)
