3 exercise is done for 1 minute with 15 second rest in between

1.        Jumping Jacks x 1 minute (Motivation by Normani)

2.       Dead Lifts x1 minute (Don't Start Now by Dua Lipa)

3.       Inner Thigh Lifts x 50 each leg for a minute each 30 second rest (Wake Me Up by Avicii)

4.       Wall Bridge (one minute) Lie on your back with your feet on the bridge, raise your pelvis and squeeze the bum) (Higher Love by Whitney Houston)

5.       Lateral Leg Raises each alternating legs x1 minute 30 second rest (Bruised Not Broken by Matoma, MNEK,)

6.       High knees x 30, then run in Place at a count of 30 (Total =1 minute) (Trampoline by SHAED)

7.       Calf Raises narrow x1 minute (Survivor by Destiny's Child)

8.       Calf Raises wide x1 minute (So Am I by Ava Max)

9.       Jump Rope x1 minute (Confident by Demi Lovato)
