Do each exercise 15 times=4 full sets. 10 second rest between excercises, 1 minute rest between exercise group

Back Rows (45 degree angle, bring weights up to armpits)
Chicken Wings (hold weights in front of stomach, bring elbows to the side)
Trouble U’s (hold weights up, arms bent. Bring weights down, and extend to the side)

Donkey kicks on the stage or straight or bent leg donkey kick
Squat and lift alternating legs

Cross over Pulses (on all fours, pulse outstretched leg over bent leg)
Pointed Bum Lifts (Point your toes to the sky)
Bridge kicker (like glute bridges but pointing leg all the way out)
