Musical Yoga Mats
Everyone’s yoga mat lined up mid parking lot area (minus one mat) Music starts and we walk until music stops. Sprint to mats and stand at the edge of a mat. Whoever didn’t get to a mat is out and stands with the Q but continues with all the exercises. Remove another mat. Repeat music on/of
Exercises preformed: walk, lunges, arm circles, grapevines, bear crawl, run backwards, and sprints to the mats.Four corners: jog to first corner of parking lot and jumping jacks. Jog to second corner and squats. Jog to third corner and triple count toe touches. Jog to mats
