The THANG -

Warm up - 1/2 mile walk

Flowing from one stretch into the next:

Upper shoulder stretch- right arm then left arm

Reverse prayer hands- pushing up and holding

Eagle arms- twisting arms together then pressing down and hold then up and hold

Thread the needle-left side then right side

Puppy pose

Pigeon pose-left leg then right leg

Hamstring stretch-left leg then right

Seated cat-cow

Seated side stretch- left side then right

Seated side twist- left then right

Extended leg side twist

Lying torso twist-left then right

Circle of trust and prayer
