3 minute Warmup with RISE by Katy Perry: Arm circles forward, arm circles backwards, Touchdowns, press together, Hallelujahs, Side lunges, high knees, butt kicksI love my Arms: 2 sets each, run between sets. Increase by 5 each set
10 pushups, 20 dips, 30 bicep curls, 40 second plank, 50 knees in plank positions or crunch position, 40 second plank, 30 bicep curls, 10 push ups
Leg and Ab workout: 2 sets each, run between sets. Increase by 5 each set
35 squats, 35 mountain climbers, 35 squats, 35 leg raises, 35 squats, 35 lunges each leg
Musical monkey humpers done with "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" by the tokens
Every "a-weema-weh is a monkey humper. When you hear the word "Lion" sprint to your chosen place and back.
When not sprinting or monkey humping, gorilla crawl around the work out area.
This works out to be about 64 monkey humpers, 3 sprints, and some gorilla crawls in just under 3 minutes.
COT - Yachty closed us and we named a few FNGs!
